This is a static website with no forms, no accounts and no analytics. Almost everything below is about the phone call, not the page you are reading.
What this website collects
Nothing. There is no contact form, no newsletter signup, no login, no shopping cart and no comment section. The site sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics, no tag manager, no advertising pixel and no session recorder. Fonts are served from this domain rather than a third-party font host, so loading a page here does not tell anyone else that you did.
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, the platform records ordinary request data — IP address, timestamp, requested path, user agent — for delivery and abuse prevention. That is the hosting provider's processing, described in their own documentation, and we do not add anything to it or export it anywhere.
What we collect when you call or book
To attend a repair we need a name, a service address, a contact number, and whatever you tell us about the appliance. We keep the appliance details — model, serial, symptom, what we found, what we fitted — because a repair history is the difference between a fast second visit and starting over.
We do not ask for anything we do not need. There is no reason for a refrigeration company to hold your date of birth, your income, or a copy of your identification, so we do not.
Payment information
Card payments are handled by a payment processor at the time of the visit. We do not store full card numbers, and we do not keep card details on file between jobs. Invoices and receipts are retained as business records for the period required for tax purposes.
Who else sees it
Parts suppliers receive the model and serial number when we order a component, because that is how the correct part is identified. They do not receive your name, address or phone number unless a part is being shipped directly to you and you have asked for that.
We do not sell customer information, we do not rent it, and we do not pass it to marketing companies or lead-generation services. If you are ever contacted by someone claiming to be following up on our behalf, it is not us.
How long we keep it
Job records are kept while they remain useful for servicing the same appliance and for as long as our warranty obligations and ordinary business record-keeping require. Ask us to delete your record and we will, once no warranty period is still running on work we did for you.
Asking us anything about this
Call (904) 442-8210 and say it is about your record rather than a repair. Doctors Lake Refrigeration operates as a mobile service in Orange Park, FL; there is no walk-in office, so the phone is the route for this.
